Professor Iain Martin, Vice-Chancellor of Anglia Ruskin University, is quoted in a Times Higher Education article surveying VCs about tuition fees.

Professor Martin argued that vice-chancellors should not “pretend that the level of public anxiety about the current system is going to go away if we let things go quiet for a few months – because I do not think it is”.
