Pam Tatlow, Chief Executive will be speaking at the Knowledge Economy Seminar which will focus on the importance of research, why it matters and the need for a long term investment strategy. Results of the REF and the overall science budget are likely to dominate discussions around research in 2015 and it is important that future government commit to better funding for research to emphasise the importance for both a prosperous economy and health society.
