MillionPlus welcomes Liverpool John Moores University

MillionPlus, the Association for Modern Universities, has today (5 December) announced that Liverpool John Moores University has become its newest member.

Modern universities are long established centres of higher education in their communities with roots that stretch back decades, if not centuries. They make up almost half of the UK university sector.

Liverpool John Moores University is a distinctive, unique institution, rooted in the Liverpool City Region but with a global presence.

Its students and staff, past, present and future, are the beating heart of Liverpool and can be found in every corner of every industry and community. The university is proud to have shaped the place it belongs to.

Working with the people of the city to improve lives and support communities is at the heart of why Liverpool John Moores University was founded and why it exists today.
